Ian was awarded a 1st class law degree from Bangor University.
He has 15 years experience in Employment Law, and regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal representing both Employee and Employer.
He is also an Higher Court Advocate (Civil) so can appear in all Courts in England and Wales in civil cases, consequently he can deal with your Civil cases in the Higher Courts without the need to instruct a Barrister.
Ian is a part-time lecturer at Bangor University’s School of Law where he is module leader for Employment Law on both the LLB and LLM programmes. Ian also represents clients in Family cases, both in Divorce and Financial settlement and Child Arrangement Order applications.
Whilst originally from Yorkshire, he has lived in the Cearnarfon area for over 30 years.
Experienced legal adviser, John was awarded a 1st class law degree from Bangor University after which he completed the Bar Professional Training Course at the University of Law. John is currently working towards qualification with CILEX, and has an interest in immigration law and employment law. John teaches at Bangor University’s Law School where he is module leader for a number of qualifying law degree subject areas. John has lived in Mid Wales for over 30 years.
